How we approach our content
We're a UK food-supplement manufacturer, and we hold our guides to the same standard as our products. Every guide is researched from reputable sources, written in plain English, reviewed for accuracy and UK regulatory compliance, and updated as the evidence changes. We describe what research has investigated — never overstate it — and we're explicit that our products are food supplements, not medicines, with no authorised health claims.
Our process

How every guide is made

  1. Research

We start from reputable sources — peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews and recognised scientific and regulatory bodies — rather than marketing copy. Where the evidence is early or mixed, we say so.

  2. Write for clarity

We translate the science into plain English, define terms in our glossary, and structure each guide so the key answer is easy to find.

  3. Accuracy & compliance review

Every guide is reviewed for factual accuracy and for UK compliance: food-supplement framing, no unauthorised health claims, and clear signposting to consult a professional.

  4. Reference & link

Claims are supported by sources, collated on our research references page, and we link to deeper guides so readers can go further.

  5. Review & update

Guides carry a "last updated" date and are revisited as new evidence emerges or regulations change.

What we will & won't do

Our editorial principles

  • We describe, we don't diagnose. Our guides are educational. They never diagnose, treat or prescribe, and always recommend consulting a qualified professional.
  • No unauthorised health claims. As UK food supplements, our products carry no authorised health claims, and our content reflects that.
  • Evidence in context. We distinguish well-established findings from early or emerging research, and we don't present preliminary studies as settled fact.
  • Honest about limitations. Where human data are limited — as with several trending longevity compounds — we say so plainly.
  • Transparency on who we are. We're a manufacturer, and we disclose that. Where a guide relates to a product we sell, we make the link clear.
  • Corrections welcomed. If something is unclear or out of date, we fix it.
