NMN + TMG contains 750mg of NMN alongside 750mg of trimethylglycine, a methyl donor. Our single-ingredient NMN products contain NMN only, at either 500mg or 1000mg per serving. The practical difference is whether you want the second ingredient included or would rather buy it separately. See what is TMG.
Not necessarily, and it depends on the ingredient. With berberine, the three forms are prepared differently, so 1200mg of berberine HCl and 550mg of dihydroberberine are not directly comparable numbers. With magnesium, what matters is the elemental magnesium content rather than the total compound weight.
