Questions about our products

Vitality Supplements sells over 100 health and longevity supplements. The range includes NMN Complete 1350mg (750mg NMN + 750mg TMG + 50mg Pterostilbene + 50mg Apigenin), NMNH 500mg , NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 1100mg (500mg NMN + 600mg Resveratrol) and AHCC 1000mg , alongside many more across the Longevity Series, Immunity Series and beyond. All products are UK manufactured and independently tested on every batch.
NMN Complete 1350mg is a four-ingredient longevity formula containing 750mg NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide, NAD+ precursor), 750mg TMG (Trimethylglycine, methyl donor), 50mg Pterostilbene (stilbenoid polyphenol with documented ~4x higher bioavailability than resveratrol) and 50mg Apigenin (botanical flavone). All ingredients are individually disclosed — no proprietary blend. Every batch is independently tested. Available for 60 capsules.
Yes. All capsule products use HPMC plant-derived capsules and are suitable for vegans. The full range is free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and GMOs. No artificial colours or flavours.
NMN Complete 1350mg contains four ingredients — NMN, TMG, Pterostilbene and Apigenin. It uses pterostilbene rather than resveratrol as its polyphenol, which has documented higher oral bioavailability. NMN + Trans-Resveratrol 1100mg is a two-ingredient formula — 500mg NMN and 600mg Trans-Resveratrol at 98% trans-isomer purity. Both are independently tested on every batch.
Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. NMN is sensitive to heat and moisture — proper storage preserves potency. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
No. Every ingredient and its exact milligram dose is disclosed on the label. There are no proprietary blends and no hidden doses. Every stated dose is independently verified by laboratory analysis on every production batch.

Questions about our testing standards

Yes. Every production batch is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory before release — not selected batches, not raw ingredients alone, but every finished product batch. Testing covers identity, potency, heavy metals (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury), microbial safety and allergens. If a batch fails any specification, it does not ship.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for laboratory testing competence. Laboratories with this accreditation have been independently assessed to demonstrate they operate quality management systems and produce technically valid results. It is the highest independent standard for laboratory competence and is more rigorous than general quality certifications.
Every Vitality Supplements pouch includes a batch number. Email info@vitality-supplements.co.uk with your batch number and we will send the full Certificate of Analysis from the independent laboratory that tested that exact batch. The CoA confirms identity, potency, heavy metals results, microbial safety results and allergen screening.
Greater than 99% β-NMN purity, verified by HPLC analytical method by an independent ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory on every production batch. The β form is the biologically relevant isomer of NMN. Purity confirmation is included in the Certificate of Analysis available on request for any batch.
All products are formulated and manufactured in the United Kingdom — not imported and relabelled. Every ingredient is sourced from verified, traceable suppliers and undergoes identity testing on arrival before use in production.
Every batch is tested for: Identity — confirming each ingredient is what the label states. Potency — confirming the stated dose is present in full. Heavy metals — lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury. Microbial safety — total plate count, yeast, mould, E. coli and Salmonella. Allergens — all 14 major UK-regulated allergens.

Questions about regulations & safety

All Vitality Supplements products are food supplements regulated under UK food supplement legislation. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Food supplements are intended to supplement a normal diet.
NMN is used as a food supplement ingredient in the UK and is subject to UK food supplement regulations. Always purchase from established UK brands that can confirm current regulatory compliance and provide independent batch testing results.
We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a pre-existing medical condition. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Vitality Supplements products are formulated to be free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts and GMOs. Every batch is screened for all 14 major UK-regulated allergens as part of our independent batch testing process. The Certificate of Analysis for any batch includes allergen screening results.
Under UK food supplement regulations, only health claims that are specifically authorised may be used on food supplement labels and marketing. No specific health claims are currently authorised for most longevity supplement ingredients including NMN. Brands making specific therapeutic claims for these ingredients may not be compliant with UK regulations. We choose compliance over marketing convenience.
Yes. All Vitality Supplements products are non-GMO, and free from gluten, dairy, soy and nuts. All ingredients are sourced from verified, traceable suppliers.

Questions about NAD+ & longevity

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every living cell. It participates in hundreds of metabolic processes and plays a central role in cellular energy production. Published research has documented that NAD+ levels decline with age across multiple tissue types including liver, skeletal muscle and brain. NMN is a biosynthetic precursor — a compound the body uses to produce NAD+.
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) and NMNH (Dihydronicotinamide Mononucleotide) are structurally distinct compounds. NMNH is the reduced form — the nicotinamide ring is in its reduced state. Both are NAD+ precursors. NMN has a substantially larger published human research base. NMNH is a newer ingredient with active ongoing research. Read our full guide: NMN vs NMNH explained.
TMG (Trimethylglycine), also known as betaine, is a naturally occurring methyl donor found in beetroot, spinach and quinoa. It is discussed alongside NMN in longevity research literature in the context of methylation balance. NMN and TMG are distinct ingredients — TMG is not an NAD+ precursor. Both ingredients are individually disclosed in Vitality Supplements NMN Complete 1350mg.
Both are stilbenoid polyphenols. Pterostilbene has two methoxy groups where resveratrol has two hydroxyl groups. Published pharmacokinetic studies have documented that this structural difference results in approximately 4x higher oral bioavailability for pterostilbene compared to resveratrol. Resveratrol has a larger overall published research base. Read our full guide: NMN and Resveratrol explained.
Published peer-reviewed human research on NMN has used doses ranging from 250mg to 900mg per day. Most published studies have used 500mg or above. A systematic review of 10 randomised controlled trials with 437 participants documented that NMN supplementation consistently elevated blood NAD+ levels across this dose range. NMN does not have an established recommended daily allowance as it is a food supplement ingredient.
